Why isn't there an automatic payment button?+
Because we prefer to handle every case personally, for now. You talk to a real person, not a form.
How does the membership renew?+
I message you on WhatsApp a few days before the month is up. You decide whether to continue or pause — no commitment, no automatic charge.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Message me and you stop paying the next month. Since there's no automatic billing, there's nothing to cancel on the other end.
Is the mentoring therapy?+
No. The mentoring is skill training (public speaking, competing, singing, performing) with the Solari team — it looks forward, toward a goal. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If you're looking for therapy, that's a different thing: see the directory of verified psychologists.
Who gives the mentoring?+
The Solari team, not a psychologist. It's coaching to develop a specific skill, built on the Método Umbral and the audios.
